According to the pressure level, valve body has different mechanical manufacturing methods. For example: casting, forging, etc.
1. Casting: Low-voltage specifications of the valve body adopt the casting of production.
2. Forging: Middle-high voltage of the valve body adopts the forging process of production.
The material of the valve body would choose the different materials on the basis of the different process medium.
Commonly used material are cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic, copper, etc.
